Participation terms

Designed for serious testers, not casual demos.

Beta participation is selective. NODE will review each application for operational fit, readiness, and confidentiality requirements before approving access.

Only 10 businesses are expected to be selected for the initial beta window.
Participants must sign a beta participation agreement, NDA, confidentiality terms, and any enforceable restrictive terms before access.
A dedicated computer will be supplied for beta use and rented at $150 per month during participation.
Setup, customization, training, support, travel, and consulting time remain billable unless a written beta offer states otherwise.
Beta software may change during testing and is provided for workflow evaluation, not as legal, tax, accounting, payroll, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice.
